Office/Commercial condominiums are well established practices in the major cities in the Asia Pacific. They provide a better way for small businesses to enjoy their office/commercial space (see Buy vs. Rent). In the past five years, the concept has taken off in the US in major cities on the East and West Coast. (See US Office/Commercial Condo Market).

The concept of office/commercial condo is beginning to take off in Houston. It started about five years ago in the New Chinatown area of Houston, which has become a red hot real estate market in Houston! Over the past three years, the prices per square feet for office/commercial condos in the New Chinatown area have more than doubled! (See Houston New Chinatown office/commercial condo market)

Flow Properties, Inc, based in Houston, TX, has converted its existing three office buildings to office/commercial condos, and beginning to sell them as such, since early 2007 (see Properties , for their locations, Sales Prices, and Floor Plans). To assure their future services, we plan to continue to manage the properties; and to provide the same prompt, effective and friendly services to our office condo owners, as we did to our office leasing tenants prior to the conversion. In addition, to assure their future value, for each square foot sold, we have set aside a reserve for the future upgrade of the mechanical equipment and roof of each building.

We plan to acquire other office buildings and convert them into office/commercial condos, as well as develop new office/commercial condos (see an architectural rendering of Flow Plaza 2 , a "quick-access mall" - with parkings in the front and covered parkings in the back, like the Galleria of Houston but without the long walk)
